This weekend I have the good fortune to teach both at Omega Institute and at the Bodhi Tree Institute, located at The Arlington Center, a sangha led by Lama Tsering Yodsampa.
The Dharma talk, which will take place Sunday, July 30th, 12 noon–2 p.m, will be on the theme of Seeing All Five Skandas as Empty. In the Heart Sutra, which is chanted in all Zen temples, it is written that Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, when deeply practicing prajña paramita, clearly saw that all five aggregates are empty and thus relieved all suffering. How did Avalokiteshvara see this, and how was suffering relieved?
Join us for practice this Sunday.
Lama Tsering and I will also teach together August 27- Sept. 1 on the Medicine Buddha at Omega Institute.
